HOW TO MAKE Put 50g of Dalia in a cooker and put 1/2 tablespoon of Desi Ghee/ Butter/ Oil and saute on low flame for 1/2 minute (30 seconds). Put 1.5 cups (250ml) of water and steam for 2-3 minutes. SAVOURY TASTE Saute the finely cut vegetables (Beans Cauliflower Carrot etc.) in a fry pan. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Add steamed Dalia in the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander. SWEET TASTE Add steamed Dalia to milk add pinch of cardamom powder and sugar to taste and boil for 2 minutes.
