It has a sour taste to it. Not sure if it is supposed to be like that or not. Was hoping that it would be sweet, but it's very mildly sweet but more sour. But it's sourness can be used in some dishes wherever it is needed. I liked the product still.

As an Iranian rob e anar ( pomegranate molasses ) should not be sweet. It should be definitely far far less sweet. Than if is needed one can add sugar. So I think is not pure pomegranate molasses. I will not bye again. Please let me know if you make real pomegranate molasses. I appreciate it.
