So I don't know about nutrition and all. Not going to speak to that. But here's everything I loved about it: I was sceptical to try this because I was wondering how it'd taste. It's very umami and yeasty. It's not cheesy as they say in the videos and all But it's a beautiful, subtle, nutty, MSG-type, yeasty flavour. I put one packet of act 2 in the microwave. As soon as it was done, sprinkled a heck load of this nutritional yeast and then shook the bag like crazy! The taste was so good, I ended up heating another bag?????? Definitely a condiment you'd wanna have in your home.

Advantages

Taste is nice, but price is too high for 100 gms. Similar products in European supermarkets are four to five times cheaper. This is the main reason for giving three stars. However, the quality is good, and I would possibly buy it again as there is not much choice for this product in the market

I ordered this for 1st time and i am not sure about the taste, but i heard it taste like cheese and its quit nutritional. I ate this and it taste and smell is like a medicine. Once its finish i will try some other brand to check the difference, i am not sure how it should taste but if it taste like medicine i dont want to buy it again

Nutritional values are different on pic and original item ,btw I'm happy cuz it has b12 vitamin without fortifying having b12 is impossible so I understand. It will be more good if it has zinc anyways.
