I was very shocked with the packing. The Silkrute packing had a very foul and repulsive smell which went down to the plastic box as well as the plastic wrapper in which the Jaggery was packed. Jaggery also became very smelly. Unfortunately it is not a returnable item. Otherwise, I always find the quality of jaggery to be good.

This is the second time that I ve booked this product. On both the occasions the plastic box containing the jaggery was recieved broken. The plastic container was one of the reasons to buy this product because it is handy in storing the jaggery.

I am using this jaggery for very long, the quality was too good and I loved the taste.But from past two orders, the quality is gone, the product seems to be old, only top and bottom is jaggery is fine, in between it’s whitesh and breaks like powder. I will no longer will use this jaggery

I bought two boxes of Miltop Jaggery but out of two, one plastic box was slightly broken but I didnt mind the broken box because what is important is the Contents. The Jaggery is wonderful in taste, Reddish and v Easy to break the slab and store n containers, no salty taste just absolutely Jaggery sweet, good flavour. I recommend anyone to buy this Jaggery lovely taste, as I shall buy again once my stock finishes !!Good well done !! V v nice Jaggery ..value for.money !!

Awesome and original jaggery....comes in very thin plastic box which is completely damaged...so i cut this jaggery in peices and stored in glass jar..... Natural jaggery.... tastes yummy.... It's good to eat this jaggery in winter seasons only.... switch to jaggery powder or country suger in summer seasons.... Thanjai jaggery powder is very good and affordable also....

Packaging was okay. The plastic box is brittle, tends to break during long transit. In my case both the boxes were partially damaged. The gur inside was in perfect condition though.The gur is clean. Didn't find any sand or dirt particles. Sweetness is on the higher side. Also it tastes bit salty. This is possible for sugarcanes sometimes taste bit salty. Though we get gur available in the market fo 60-80 rupees per kg, those are sold in very unhygienic condition. Considering that this gur is value for money.

The jaggery is of good quality and tastes really good and I have bought it multiple times. Packaging can be improved as the box has broken couple of times while opening.
