Honestly we weren't going to make Peanut Butter! We thought Why would there be anything but peanuts in peanut butter?' and hence Whatto clean up?' Boy were we wrong! Therea high chance that your favourite nut butter brand has palm oil added salt and sugar and chemical emulsifiers. We use a max of 4 ingredients in any of our peanut butters. These are Peanuts (duh!) dates (for the sweet one) real chocolate (that we make in-house) and pure whey. Thatall!
