Pallavi's Spices Turmeric Milk Mixes has 1 Royal Saffron and 1 Classic Ginger pack of 50g. One 50g pack each contains 5 sachets of 10g. One sachet is good for 20 cups of 100 ml milk. Quantity can differ according to taste. Popularly known as Haldi-Dudh (Turmeric Latte in West) this is a traditional Indian mix of turmeric ginger Saffron/Ginger & select spices added in hot milk offering many health benefits. Golden Milk (hot or cold) is a Supergood Daily Dose to your entire family and doesn't contain Sugar. Haldi-Dudh will be useful to overcome the stress in day to day life and boost your immunity. You may add sugar/jaggery/honey to your taste. Turmeric is well known for its anti oxidant and anti inflammatory properties. Add 1tbsp ‘Desi Ghee’ in the hot milk (optional). Stir well & serve. Note: Jaggery/honey is not added while boiling the milk. Add it later before serving.
