As WFH, first thing I feel sleepy in the morning. My sister asked me to try swiss multivitamin for men because she was using women supplement as per her nutritionist. And so I tried and after breakfast I popped in one and bingo my sleep went away and no more mind sleepy in the morning. It is working the same condition for 3 weeks. I finished 1 bottle of this multivitamin however I don’t see any change in my energy levels. Guess it isn’t made for Indian environment. It doesn’t feel any different. Also it tastes full of chemicals and has a lot of preservatives added.Personally i’ll not go for it again.

I have Tried various options in the multi vitamins and supplements but I think Swisse multivitamin for men is probably the best option because it has got Korean ginseng which is a really sort-after ingredient for vitality and it keeps me steady throughout the day and definitely increases the focus, attention and overall energy.
