When I purchased the product I was so happy to use it since my concern has always been hairfall. For a month I did not see a strand fall . I thought I finally found the right shampoo and conditioner . Cut 2 - after a month and a half hairfall begins again :( was so disappointed

I have ordered combo pack of 3, loreal extenso shampoo, conditioner and serum at Rs. 1199, but the product is duplicate. I have used the conditioner, something else and worse is poured in the container of conditioner. I applied it once on my hair and my hair got rough and dry. I want the original product replacing this duplicate product.
