Received a fake product. Bottle label is bubbled and peeling. Lid part is having a clear bend in forming which would never be with original. Bottle colour plastic quality is not like Wella original. Shampoo is watery.I wish Silkrute stopped shipping fake products (books, shampoos) !!!!Called customer service and they will refund but it's still a terrible experience to get cheated like this

It's a good product with mild chemicals. I have got my hair smoothened five times consecutively, but this shampoo keeps them smooth and soft. Love the texture it imparts to my hair. I use it with Wella hair mask without conditioner.
