Got ceramic coated pans because of toxicity of teflon. It must be a ceramic pan thing, but this one and the other one I bought (Green pan co.) both do not heat up evenly. The central part gets over heated and even basic eggs get stuck no matter how much oil/ghee/butter you put. The middle basically dries up and the oil gathers along the edges on both pans. Big thumbs down.

Disadvantages

The knob on the lid of the pan came off within 2 weeks of use. Seems like a bad quality lid. Even though there is warranty, not sure how they will replace the lid after the replacement period
