Hawkins Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware is made of three layers. The Cooking Surface is made of AISI 304 18/8 food grade stainless steel that is extremely hygienic durable and non-reactive to most foods. It does not pit or corrode. The Core is made of heavy gauge aluminium which spreads heat evenly and prevents hot spots. The Base and Outer Surface is made of AISI 430 grade magnetic steel works well on gas ceramic halogen electric and induction cooktops.

Hawkins this triply metro patila is all in one meaning you complete your cooking like fry saute and cook anything and everything in this. It doesn't stick provided you cook on sim only.Gas ki bachat because it not only heats quickly but also retains it .I'm writing this review after using for more than a month.The bigger one of 2.5 liters is used for boiling milk and rest 2 for all my other cooking. Infact it was lying in my cart for many months because of its price but all Hawkins products though pricey and a one time investment.I'm happy that I have finally purchased ??Full paisa vasoolSimply go ahead and buy.

Looks more like a deep pan than a Patila/tope.Depth width ratio is off. Hence utility value is low.Build quality is goodThey should provide Lids to suit this, as finding one to cover a thin sided rim is impossible
